Prof. Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan is an experienced arbitration practitioner with more than two decades dedicated to ADR. He has served as sole arbitrator or counsel in hundreds of domestic cases, numerous commercial and financial arbitrations, and international arbitration proceedings.
His practice spans technology, intellectual property, domain name disputes, international trade, contracts, joint ventures, investment disputes, construction, maritime, banking, and finance. He is accredited by leading arbitral institutions across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States and is also widely recognised for his work in arbitration education and professional training.
Erika Williams, SFBiAm
Independent Arbitrator | International Arbitration Practitioner
Erika Williams is an independent arbitration practitioner with extensive experience in complex commercial, construction, and investor-State disputes.
Following 15 years with leading international and national law firms, she established her independent arbitration practice in 2021 and has since sat as sole and presiding arbitrator under institutional rules including ICC, SIAC, ACICA, and Resolution Institute, as well as in ad hoc proceedings.
She has also served as tribunal secretary in high-value complex cases and was Counsel at ACICA from 2021 to 2024. Erika has been recognised by the Lexology Index, Doyle’s Guide, and the Australian ADR Awards, including being named Arbitration Practitioner of the Year and ADR Practitioner of the Year.
Together, the facilitators will bring both practical arbitration experience and strategic perspectives to the evolving challenges of digital disputes.
