IMPORTANT: You MUST arrive no later than 7:20 PM to participate in the speed networking rounds.
Our networking algorithm creates the evening’s rotation based on everyone who has checked in. Once the rounds and pairings have been generated, we cannot add late arrivals to the rotation.
If you arrive after 7:20 PM, you are still welcome to attend the event, but we cannot guarantee participation in the structured speed networking rounds.

⏰ ARRIVE BY 7:20 PM
This part is important.
Our software generates the networking rotation based on attendees who have checked in.
You must arrive by 7:20 PM to be included in the structured speed networking rounds.
Once pairings have been generated, additional people cannot be inserted into the rotation without disrupting the networking sequence.
Plan accordingly and give yourself enough time for parking, check-in, and getting settled.
