Team Toolkit: Bullying, Harassment & Sexual Harassment Prevention

This session is delivered by Beacon HR and free to attend for Members. This session is £20pp for Non Members.

A safe and positive workplace culture is everyone's responsibility. This practical training is designed to empower every staff member to recognise, report, and help prevent bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment.

This course will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to:

• Recognise the Signs: Clearly identify what constitutes bullying, harassment, and inappropriate conduct, whether in person or online.
• Report Effectively: Learn the correct, safe, and confidential steps for reporting concerns, incidents, or witnessing inappropriate behaviour, ensuring swift management action.
• Support and Intervene: Gain strategies for being an active bystander and supporting colleagues who may be experiencing harassment.
