Make do and Mend is the theme for our talk this month. It will be given by Cathy Hounsell from The School of Stitch in Silver Street, Wiveliscombe..
The talk will include a demonstration of ways to recycle and ‘make do and mend’, including objects to inspire you and of course, time to hear your stories. How can we maintain quality, freshness and the ‘joy of the new’ while living in a more sustainable way?
Guests and visitors are very welcome – your first visit to the Early Birds is free, your second costs just £5.00.
Don’t forget to bring your reusable cup for free tea and coffee.
