About this Event
Greece is a country that’s been known for making wines for a few years, roughly 6500. That’s a while. From Crete through to Macedonia, from the Ionian Islands through to Dodecanese, wine is made all over the country and is enjoyed today.
From the tart dry whites of Santorini, to the earthy cherried reds of Macedonia, to the resinous whites of Attica, to the full reds of Crete, many styles of wine are made in and throughout the country.
Join us at Metro Liquor to taste and learn about some incredible Greek wines, with a little Greece travel inspiration from Deena Schlosser of Mind My Travel, including a look at her upcoming small-group journey through Athens, Santorini, Paros and Milos.
