Since 2018, Roast House has been sourcing earth friendly coffees from Diego Robelo and Aquiares Coffee. Each year they continue to push the limites on fermentation, unique single varieties, and always a deliver a knockout menu host a global auction of their most unique single variety and processing methods. These coffees are insane and range from clean red honey processed single varities to experimental thermic and co-ferment processing methods.
