For one evening only, the Piazza at Ferraro's becomes an intimate celebration of Sicilian cooking. The five-course menu by Chef Russell Rummer draws on the island's classic flavors, from Palermo street food to Trapani-style pasta, with an optional pairing of Italian wines. Enjoy squid ink arancini with bluefin toro, kampachi crudo with blood orange agrodolce, hand-rolled busiate with pesto trapanese, and grilled Shutome swordfish with pistachio fregola and burnt lemon salmoriglio, before ending the evening with pistachio semifreddo, crisp cannoli and blood orange sorbet.October 28 at 5:30 PM.
