Italian Night – A Taste of ItaliaBethells Beach Café | $80 per person | 7-Course Dining Experience
Escape to Italy for one unforgettable evening at Bethells Beach Cafe created by MSc Chef Maja Moors and warmly hosted by Aaron.
This special evening is about much more than simply coming out for dinner. We want you to arrive, settle in, forget about the rush of everyday life and enjoy the kind of long, relaxed evening around the table that Italian hospitality is famous for — beautiful food, conversation, atmosphere and genuine hospitality.
Chef Maja has created a seven-course Italian-inspired menu celebrating familiar Italian flavours with a fresh seasonal approach. Each course will be served progressively throughout the evening, allowing you time to enjoy the experience rather than feeling rushed from one plate to the next.
Your evening begins with homemade focaccia and whipped garlic butter, followed by a fresh orange, fennel and Parmesan summer salad. Next comes our refreshing chilled Virgin Mary soup, before moving into the main course.
For your main, choose between Stuffed Chicken alla Toscana, filled with spinach, ricotta, Parmesan and herbs and served with garlic mash, sage butter sauce and seasonal greens, or our Seasonal Summer Lasagna, a beautiful vegan option layered with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato sugo and vegan béchamel.
A bright lemon sorbet refreshes the palate before we finish the evening in true Italian style with classic tiramisu.
✨ Plus the little touches that turn dinner into an evening to remember.
Set against the unique surroundings of Bethells Beach, this is designed to be a warm, relaxed and beautifully presented evening where guests can share a table, meet new people, celebrate with friends or simply enjoy something a little different.
