THREE-PART SERIES SCHEDULE
This program has three sessions in the series. Sessions will start at 5:30 PM and take approximately 2 hours. You don’t have to attend every session, but we recommend attending all to get the full experience!

• Session 2 (Colonization to Industrial Revolution): Thursday, October 29, 2026
• Session 3 (Industrial Revolution to Modern Times): Thursday, November 19, 2026
SESSION TWO DETAILS
• Location: Kitchen Lab
• Registration Deadline: Monday, October 26, 2026
• Capacity: Limited to 28 participants
• Includes: Presentations, live culinary demonstrations, take-home recipe cards, tasting samples, and a plated meal-sized portion. (Note: Menu samples and recipes are subject to minor adjustments based on ingredient availability).
WHAT TO EXPECT IN SESSION TWO
• Colonial Agricultural Evolution: Learn about early harvest tools, soil practices, and how European settlers adapted indigenous corn to build early American food systems.
• Historic Recipe Sampling: Taste classic early-American staples including traditional Johnny cakes and hasty pudding.
• Featured Plated Meal: Enjoy a hearty meal featuring tender BBQ pulled pork paired with sweet corn succotash and freshly baked cornbread.
• Interactive Learning: Gain a deeper appreciation for Wisconsin's agricultural roots while learning in our state-of-the-art Kitchen Lab.
