All experience levels welcome!
🔮 Tarot & Oracle Deck Swap Rules & Guidelines
1. Deck Condition & Completeness
Complete Decks Preferred: Please double-check your deck before bringing it to ensure all cards are included, along with the guidebook/booklet if available.
Incomplete Decks: If a deck is missing the box or a guidebook, please clearly mark it with a sticky note with the name so the recipient knows what to expect.
Condition Check: Decks should be gently used, clean, and in readable condition. Decks with severe damage or heavy wear should be clearly labeled or kept out of the general swap.
2. How the Swap Works (1-to-1 Ticket System)
Check In: When you arrive, bring your decks to the swap desk. For each complete deck you bring, you’ll receive 1 Swap Ticket.
Browsing & Trading: Use your tickets to pick out any deck from the swap tables. One ticket equals one deck!
Direct Trades: Feel free to chat with other attendees and make direct reader-to-reader trades if you both find something you love.
3. Etiquette & Respect
Handle with Care: Treat all decks on the swap tables gently while browsing.
Respect Energy & Intentions: Everyone's relationship with their decks is unique. Be kind, supportive, and open to conversation about deck history or favorite spreads.
4. Unclaimed Decks
Any leftover tickets can be saved for future swap events!
Leftover decks at the end of the evening will either be returned to their original owners or can be left to seed the table for our next swap. Everyone will have the chance to try out their new decks if they wish and do readings for each other as well!
There will be a short introduction to Tarot and how to use it for day to day life at 1pm till 2 for anyone interested! If you are just wanting to do the class just let me know and i will make sure i have enough space for everyone 😁 looking forward to growing the community and meeting fellow Tarot lovers!
