Join Andrea at Long Live Roxbury for one hour of Vinyasa style yoga that includes breath work, a thoughtful sequence of movement + postures, and an energetic playlist to kick off your Saturday! • Class is designed for all bodies & experience levels, including plenty of modification options
• Please bring your own mat or rent one for $5 via Venmo or cash (kindly DM Andrea upon registration to let her know if you'll be needing one)
• Parking is free and super accessible with their private on-site lot
• The outdoor patio is dog-friendly, however, inside is just for us humans
• $20 to drop-in at the door
• Lastly, please let Andrea know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/ video
