Join us for this powerful Inner Journey! Through this unique transformational dance process, you will be guided into befriending all the aspects of your Being. Your Embodied Nature, your Hearts deep longing, and your personal connection to the Great Mystery.
TANTRIC TRANCE DANCE is an Active Meditation and Alchemical Practice for the 21st Century! This is a very unique dance experience, a blending of ancient and contemporary transformational tools, including: Bioenergetics, Ecstatic Dance, Emotional Release (Catharsis), Chakra Journeying, Vipassana Meditation, Latihan ... with the powerful use of a blindfold - all these elements woven together to invite you into a deep state of presence, awakening & celebration. Waking up to celebrate the one that you are.
The Tantric Trance Dance™ process is a unique opportunity to connect with all the wild & liberating energies of your Nature, in connection with your Heart and Spirit.

*Please note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice, blindfolds will be provided.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms.
2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks.
3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water refill available at the venue.
4. Yoga mat, cushion & blanket (essential for Tantric Trance dance) Blindfolds will be provided.
5. Packed Food/ Snacks to have during the breaks, complimentary tea/coffee will be available. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
VENUE & PRACTICALITIES:
ADDRESS: The Amadeus, 50 Shirland Rd, London W9 2JA
NEAREST STATION: Warwick Avenue (6 min walk), Maida Vale (12 min) Bakerloo Line, Please check tfl.gov.uk for latest travel updates.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a reusable water bottle, please if possible come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement, dress in layers. Changing room and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Main space is a shoe free zone - please wear socks, soft indoor shoes or grip socks.
FACILITIES: There are bathrooms at the venue but no changing rooms, you can leave your coats, shoes, bags in designated areas.
PARKING: there is limited parking available around venue. Please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee. Find parking on parkopedia.
BIKES: please lock to the fence or bike racks nearby the venue. No bikes to be brought into the building please.
CHILDREN: unfortunately these sessions are not suitable for children.
