We use rhythm the way it's been used for as long as there have been bodies to feel it: to quiet the thinking, move what's stuck, and drum you home to your own heartbeat. This isn't a performance or a jam. It's a guided, inward practice, an hour to stop managing yourself and simply come back to your own rhythm.The purpose isn't a perfect sound or rhythm. It's coming back to yourself.
