Polarity between two people is what creates attraction. Opposites attract, and we often find ourselves attracted to someone who expresses themselves differently than we do.
Masculine and feminine energies live inside each of us, emerging in different parts of our lives as needed. I may show up in masculine energy for work, getting things done and organizing others, and then drop into my feminine to connect emotionally with a friend. Masculine and feminine energies are constantly weaving their way through our lives, expressing themselves more or less strongly at different times.
The way we show up in connection determines the kind of partner we attract, and we can play with these energies to create more magnetism between ourselves and another.
This workshop explores the masculine and feminine that live inside each of us. Through games and partnered exercises, we will explore polarity and magnetism, express the inner masculine and feminine, and find more balance within. We will play with how to create more polarity between two people and how to embody both polarities in a healthy way. This workshop invites you to expand your own range and capacity within your energy field to create healthier attraction in your life.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and an open heart.
Stephanie is a Tantric healer, artist and emotional activator.
