Sydney's shit-stirring surf-punks TANTICHRIST are preparing to launch their full-length self-titled debut album. 12 searing slabs of satirical sorcery, “Tantichrist” is a time-capsule of post-covid Sydney, weaving the dark tale of a city under siege by the forces of greed and corruption, of antisocial predators who prowl the streets at night to terrorise the innocent, and of a resilient grassroots culture that refuses to be snuffed out.Available on 12” vinyl through Evil Tone Records, “Tantichrist” will be available for pre-order from 6th Oct through www.eviltonerecords.com and through all the usual streaming channels from 2nd Nov.
To commemorate the occasion, Tantichrist will be presenting the album live - in full - on Fri 30th Oct (the night before Halloween!) at Marrickville Bowling Club, along with very special guests The Strike-Outs and The Sugar Beats.
Pre-sale tickets are available for $20.00 now at https://www.stickytickets.com.au/HDVRIH
