Join me and Nida at the Windsor, VT American Legion Post #25 for food, drinks, live music, and a raffle — all are welcome!We'll kick off the evening with live musical performances by local talents Sandiland & Vincent, followed by Davey Davis and the Cabal Breakers to keep the party going!
This will be an evening to relax, have fun, and enjoy great company together.
? Everyone is welcome and there is NO charge to attend! A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. We'd love it if you could RSVP to help us plan by selecting "Going" or "Interested", but don't worry if you haven't - you're still more than welcome to come! Just show up and we'll be happy to see you.
My only ask is simple — please vote on or before August 11th! With the VT primary election falling just 3 days after our celebration, every single vote counts. ?️
? Our raffle will feature some truly wonderful items, including:
• A beautiful watercolor painting of a stunning Vermont country setting, donated by beloved local artist and art teacher Gloria Brancaleoni
• A striking oil painting of two buck locking horns by the late Bob Vigneault, a dearly remembered local artist and longtime barber
• A Rubik's Cube AND a memoir, both autographed by Erno Rubik himself
• Two copies of "Windsor's Warsaw: The History of a Workers' Neighborhood" by local historian and author Kathryn Grover
?️ Raffle tickets will be $10 each or 3 for $20 — tickets will be available soon, so stay tuned for details, and will also be available at the event. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit my campaign for the VT State House of Representatives.
And if that weren't enough reason to celebrate — August 8th also happens to be my first day of retirement AND my 64th birthday, so we'll have PLENTY to raise a glass to! ?? Come help me celebrate!
