What is Tango BioKinetics™?
Tango BioKinetics™ (TBK) is a movement and wellness method created by Sergio Segura combining biomechanics, anatomy, Body Mapping, motor learning, movement awareness, and principles derived from Argentine Tango.
For dancers, TBK develops a deeper understanding of how the body creates balance, force, rotation, coordination, and efficient movement—helping dancers move with less unnecessary muscular effort and greater comfort, control, and confidence.
Beyond Tango, TBK supports posture, balance, mobility, coordination, stability, functional strength, body awareness, and overall well-being.
Move Better. Feel Better. Live Better.
