Handcrafted Tamales with Tamale Mami Megan
Join Tamale Mami Megan at Cooking with Cass on Tuesday, December 8, for a hands-on tamale class! Start with a welcome margarita, then learn to fill, fold, and steam tamales from scratch. Megan will guide you through classic and fusion tamales, from the flavors you grew up with to combinations you didn’t know you needed.
What’s included in your experience:
- Make your own tamales with Megan, while the tamales steam, make tortilla chips from scratch, mix your own guacamole, and watch Megan demonstrate two salsas to serve with your meal.
- Enjoy one complimentary welcome margarita and BYOB to sip your favorite beverages during class (guests must be 21+ to drink).

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Groups of 5–10 guests must provide at least 7 days' notice to receive credit toward a future event.
Cooking with Cass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified and offered an appropriate refund or credit.
Refunds, credits, or transfers are not available for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, or personal emergencies. However, guests may send someone in their place. Gift recipients are subject to the same cancellation policy.
