Join us Friday, Oct. 9 for a fun community contra dance! Tallahassee’s remarkable Rachel Flemming will be calling dances to live music by Gainesville’s Mystic Gorillas. 🎶 No dance experience needed and you don’t need to bring a partner. Rachel will give an intro lesson at 7:15 for beginners and anyone wanting to refresh their skills. Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. First-timers get in to your 2nd dance free!
During the break we'll hold our Annual Membership Meeting where we introduce and vote on Danceboard members, report on our organization's operations, and invite dancers to ask questions or give input. 🙋
