Tall Paul and the Naughty Cats play Pyramid Event Venue on Friday, November 13, from 7 to 10 PM. First time on this stage for us.Harmonica-driven blues out of the Chicago tradition, with funk and Latin rhythms worked through it, and the full band behind it. Pyramid is a room built for listening — a proper stage, real sound and lights, and a downtown Lake Mills building that has kept its bones while everything inside got modern. Handmade pizza out of the kitchen, a full bar, and three hours to settle in.
Tables aren't required, but they go. Reservations open two weeks ahead — midnight on October 30 — at pyramid.pizza, where you click the event and book your spot. Worth setting a reminder if you want a seat rather than a spot along the wall or somewhere in between.
Come hungry. Stay late.
