Most of us carry thoughts we have never said out loud, especially about relationships, family dynamics, heartbreak, or self-worth. Sometimes the people closest to us are the hardest to open up to, and speaking to a neutral listener can feel much safer because there is no history, no expectations, and no judgment.
This workshop is designed as a simple, compassionate listening space. Whether you are navigating family misunderstandings, friendship shifts, or romantic turbulence, I am here to listen intently to your story without any judgment or pressure to fix things overnight.
