Let's clean the neighborhood and enjoy the summer! ☀️Join neighbors for our monthly Adopt-a-Block community cleanup on Saturday, July 4 at 10 am in Takoma. Connect with neighbors and show some love for the neighborhood. Kate W., awesome neighbor and recent Coolidge graduate, will lead this month's cleanup.
We will meet at Van Buren Street and Piney Branch Road, NW (by Safeway) to pick up litter and submit 311 requests for city services around the neighborhood. We'll also chat about ways to stay engaged over the summer. All supplies are provided, as well as snacks and water. We are also happy to sign off on community service hours.
