About this Event
Building something of your own asks a lot of you.
Endless decisions…ideas competing for attention…the pressure to keep moving forward can make it difficult to hear your own instincts clearly, even when you know something needs to shift.
That’s why we have developed ‘Taking Shape’, an immersive workshop designed to offer the space needed for female founders (and those aspiring to be) to step out of constant thinking and reconnect with themselves.
This 3-part experience invites you to slow down, quiet mental noise, and explore clarity through the body, not just the mind.
Part I
You will hear from Mercedes Jaskola about how she became her own brand, started her social enterprise Flow and Throw, and cut her own path in the competitive wellness and arts industry as a yoga instructor and pottery teacher.
Part II
We’ll then move into a gentle yin yoga practice to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and create the conditions for clearer thinking. (No prior experience is needed. All levels and bodies are welcome.)
Part III
From there, you’ll move into a guided clay session. Working with clay becomes more than a creative activity. Its responsiveness mirrors how we lead and make decisions - revealing where we push too hard, where we hesitate, and where adaptation or softness may be needed.
You’ll close the session with space to reflect, integrate, and share insights in a supportive environment with fellow founders navigating similar questions.
From someone who has been there and is now on the other side, participants can be sure they will leave feeling calmer and more anchored in their next steps.
Those who join us on 29 March will leave feeling:
- calmer and more grounded in yourself
- reconnected to your intuition and direction
- clearer on what your next steps require (and equally important, what they don’t)
- more confident trusting your own decision-making
