Woop woop - more baked goodies! Let's put a Spring in our Step with GAIL's Spring Menu.
The Buns are out, maybe the Sun's out, so let's get our Runs out!
We'll be meeting at GAIL's Bankside from 945am, and the run kicks off at 10am. (NO BAGDROP)

We'll set off for a mixed pace 10k fun run, regrouping a couple of times during the run to bring us all back together. A TAIL RUNNER will bring up the rear to make sure no-one is left behind! :-) We'll have music and lots of fun!
We're celebrating GAIL's seasonal menu so when we get back we'll be treated to their Hot Cross Buns, bejewelled with candied orange peel, cranberries and sultanas, and spiced with cinnamon, mixed spice and grains of paradise for warmth. Each bun is brushed with a clove, star anise and nutmeg syrup straight out of the oven.
