How are we, really? In the midst of busy lives, expectations, and pressure, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves and with each other. This 2-hour session is an invitation to pause, reflect, and share what we carry in a safe and supportive space.
This year, we are introducing "Take a breath - a well being check in" - a series of 4 interactive sessions per semester, each focusing on personal well-being.
Themes:
14.09: Connection & Friendship
19.10: Self-acceptance
16.11: Boundaries
14.12: Handling pressure
We meet in the Multiroom at Studenterhus Aarhus - the space across from the basement bar.

🌿 What to expect
Across the sessions, you will have the opportunity to:
• Reflect on your relationship with yourself and others
• Explore how we build meaningful connections in everyday life
• Share experiences in a respectful and open environment
• Listen, connect, and discover the value of simply being present
This is not a lecture or a traditional workshop, but a shared space for awareness, conversation, and human connection. It is a guided conversation hosted by psychotherapist-in-training Duy, who will sometimes invite qualified guests to join him in crating a wholesome and helpful space.
