Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking experience and learn how to make one of Taiwan’s most beloved comfort foods completely from scratch—taught by a native Chinese chef!
You’ll learn how to create a deeply flavorful, aromatic beef broth infused with traditional Asian spices, tender slow-cooked beef, and perfectly chewy noodles. Along the way, you’ll discover the techniques and ingredients that create the rich, complex flavors of this iconic dish.

CLASS INFO:
- 2-10 people per class.
- Parking is available nearby. Our kitchen is conveniently located at 103 Ripley Road, Cohasset MA 02025 — just 20 minutes from Quincy!
- Participants can be sitting during the etnire class. Standing is optional.
- Child fare: Children aged between 2 and 11 years (up to their 12th birthday) must be registered for the class (75 per cent of the regular price). Babies (0-2 years) who do not occupy a seat can attend for free. Either case, please email [email protected] for registration. Children 12 years and up need to be registered at adult regular fare.
- If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at [email protected]. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information. In the case that the form is not filled out, Boston Bonbon is automatically granted the parental consent that their child can attend our class without an accompanying parent.

REFUND POLICY:
- A full refund (minus a $10 service fee) is available if the refund request is made at least 7 days before the class date.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the class or if participants are no-show. This applies to gift certificates redemption.
- If the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon, or if a participant cancels after the 7-day period or does not attend, Eventbrite credits will be issued. These credits can be applied toward any future Boston Bonbon's classes. Rebooking fees of $15 apply unless class is canceled by Boston Bonbon.

What is the significance of Dumplings?
In China, at the Chinese New Year or other family occasions, the older generation would get together to make dumplings and the kids would run around and watch how to make dumplings. At dinner time, the whole family would then sit together to eat the dumplings. It is a beautiful way to connect family and friends!
