Tailgating Deserves Pepsi

Before the Jayhawks take the field this Saturday, fans will already be gathering around one of college football’s biggest rituals: the tailgate.

This weekend, Pepsi is bringing Tailgating Deserves Pepsi to The University of Kansas ahead of the Jayhawks vs. Blue Raiders matchup, with free tacos from Tiki Taco paired with ice-cold Pepsi.

For generations, Pepsi has been part of the food and rituals that bring football fans together. This season, the brand is taking that connection directly to tailgates across the country, including right here at KU.

Here’s what fans can expect:

• WHAT: Free tacos from Tiki House + Pepsi Zero Sugar, football toss with the chance to win prizes, live entertainment and more!
• WHEN: 10/3 from 8-11AM CT, ahead of the Jayhawks vs. Blue Raiders game at 11AM ET
• WHERE: The Hill @ David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium
• 1101 Mississippi St, Lawrence, KS, 66044
