Tai Ji Graduate Class
*Open to anyone who has previously completed the 8-Week Tai Ji Series. Offered monthly as a great way to continue working on Tai Ji skills and further addressing balance training.
Tai Ji Graduate Class : Thursdays 1:05 - 1:55pm
Registration includes attendance for entire month
COST: $10 x # of Thursdays in the month (to be paid at SPC during check-in of first day)
Our adapted Tai Ji Quan program targets balance skills. Additional benefits include:
- Improving flexibility, muscle strength & mobility
- Promoting relaxation to reduce anxiety
- Reducing falls risk
- Improving confidence
