Join our welcoming Tai Chi class designed especially for the over 55s. Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW) is an easy to learn sequence of twelve movements. It is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise that improves balance, flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing. Our friendly sessions, run by Nick, focus on slow, flowing movements that help reduce stress, ease joint stiffness, and boost confidence in movement. TMW can be practiced standing, sitting and through visualisation, accessable to all.
