Introductory class to Tai Chi, more experienced participants welcome to attend. £8 per session.Class is for an hour. The Tai Chi form is taught to help with 'Health', 'Well Being' and 'Movement'.
There is additional instruction on 'Qi Gong' done in the last 15 minutes of the session. Qi Gong is another powerful movement and healing technique designed to benefit health.
