Nourish your nervous system and awaken your vitality!
Experience a gentle, empowering practice that activates your body’s natural capacity to heal while nourishing your whole being.
Through movement, breath, and intention, Tai Chi Flow supports you in finding balance from within.
Rooted in the graceful Yang-style 24 forms, this class also incorporates joyful group play, partner work, and guided exploration to help you move from your own inner wisdom.
This practice offers a steady foundation for cultivating grounded peace, vitality, and ease—in both body and spirit. Thursday’s class will emphasize the forms, while Sunday’s class will prioritize connecting you to your own inner flow. Both classes are open to beginners.
The last day to register for a session is 3 days prior to the first class. Email [email protected] with questions.
