📌 NON-MEMBERS - $15 contribution, but this isn't just entry to this one workshop; it's your access to ALL ENGAGE WORKSHOPS for one month. Workshops may include Music, Art, Resiliency coaching, Line Dance, and Pottery!
At ENGAGE, we believe healing happens through gentle, supportive experiences that help you feel safer and more at home in your body. Tai Chi offers a slow, mindful approach to movement that invites calm, awareness, and connection—without pressure or expectation.

Through soft, flowing movements and steady breathing, Tai Chi can help:
