Join us for a fortnightly class in Tai Chi, held in the beautiful Walled Garden at Delapré Abbey.
Led by expert local teacher Doris, great for those with some experience in Yang Style, 24 Form, or similar.
This is a 45-minute class followed by green tea in the garden.
