Meet Your Host: Bethany Von Hagen
Bethany loves getting out, meeting new people, finding great clothes, and having fun! A longtime thrift store and rummage sale enthusiast, she sources much of her wardrobe and treasures secondhand, embracing the creativity and sustainability of pre-loved fashion.
Friendly, approachable, and always happy to chat, Bethany brings her love of unique finds and community connection to this swap. Come say hello, share your style, discover something special, and enjoy an afternoon of fashion and good vibes!
What to Bring
We’re creating a curated shopping experience, so please bring pieces that reflect quality, style, and are in excellent condition, gently used items you would gift a friend.
Especially Desired:
• Women's and men's clothing
• Shoes
• Jewelry, handbags, and accessories
• Costumes
• Gently worn holiday-season outfits
• All shapes and genders welcome
Every item should be freshly cleaned, free of stains, odors, tears, missing buttons, or needed repairs.
Bring a bag!
Clothing tip: wear form fitting tank tops or shorts underneath to lessen exposure when trying on clothes. (Optional)
Please leave these at home
To keep the swap curated, we kindly ask that you do not bring:
• Heavily worn items
• Clothing with stains, holes, pilling, or damage
• Undergarments, or socks
Our goal is quality over quantity—think boutique closet rather than donation bin.

How it works:
Purchase a ticket and swap 1 item for 1 item or join the Swap Society and swap till you drop with the "shopping pass". Members unlock unlimited swapping at all locations, and other perks! Members do not need to purchase a ticket, just show your active membership at check in, and don't forget you get to bring a complimentary guest!
Leftover items are either saved for the next swap, donated to artists to upcycle, or given to local non profits Christmas Cheer and Vista Rise Collective.
525 pounds have been donated to Christmas Cheer thanks to previous swaps and 47 pounds to Vista Rise Collective! This extends the life of garments, keeping them out of the landfill and helps those in need.
Schedule:
First 20 minutes, check in and mingle with swappers
Swapping begins and continues throughout the event with wrap up starting 30 minutes to end of event
Arrive on time for the best picks!
