About this Event
Do you want to hang out with fans of audio drama at an event all-things fiction podcasting? Us to!
(TAFCON) is an in-person convention for creators and fans of audio fiction. TAFCON 2027 will be held in Rochester, NY at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center on June 26th and 27th, 2027.
Our mission is to create an inclusive event bringing together creators and fans of audio fiction in all its forms. We believe "audio fiction" includes scripted audio dramas, improvisational actual plays, and everything in between. Is it a fictional story in the audio medium? That's audio fiction to us!
TAFCON was created to celebrate the creativity and art of audio fiction in a physical space. We'll have a main stage and two breakout rooms for panels, sessions, meetups, workshops, and even hijinks -- we'll have it all! There will also be an artist alley for creators and brands to show off their work!
---
If you'd like to have your own table space at TAFCON 2027, you can purchase a space in our artist alley as an add-on when you buy your ticket(s) to the event.
Ad placements in the TAFCON 2027 program are also available for purchase at checkout, with or without the purchase of an in-person ticket -- so if you're unable to attend in person but want to get your podcast or brand in front of the TAFCON audience you can still participate!
For any other sponsorship opportunities -- such as badge and lanyard sponsors, main stage and breakout stage sponsors, or anything else -- please reach out to us at [email protected].
---
We're currently accepting submissions for speakers for the event, but we already have a lineup of creators and audio professionals in the works that will be announced soon. If you'd like to apply to be on stage at TAFCON 2027, you can through January 31st, 2027.
