Join us for a bold and flavour-packed Saturday afternoon Szechuan cookery workshop.
Szechuan cuisine is famous for its distinctive balance of heat, spice and aromatic complexity — from the signature “mala” (numbing spice) to deep, savoury flavours. In this hands-on afternoon class, we’ll cook together to create a vibrant feast of classic dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll learn essential techniques, flavour layering and key skills that are easy to recreate at home.

As our classes are carefully planned, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable, including gift voucher bookings.
If we need to cancel a workshop, you’ll be offered a full refund, a transfer to another date, or a gift voucher.
