Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (STCC) Practitioner

Systemic Team Coaching ® drives powerful change at individual, team and organisational levels. This 3-day experiential program explores how to coach teams to consider both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders and partners, working with the connections within and outside the team. Examining both internal and external aspects of team effectiveness, the program provides a valuable framework for supporting teams to improve their productivity and performance in service of who and what their work serves.

Following your attendance on the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate program, Group Supervision and Action Learning sessions are offered at an additional cost. On completion of Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate and Supervision you will be awarded the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate (Practitioner) which is a requirement for the Systemic Team Coaching ® Diploma (Senior Practitioner).

What You Will Learn

The core concepts of Systemic Team Coaching ®

This certificate level program introduces you to the key skills involved in the Systemic Team Coaching process. You will gain an understanding of:

· The Hawkins’ Five Disciplines model and its application to team coaching.

· How to structure team coaching projects using Systemic Team Coaching ®

· Coaching for effective team and group functioning through live simulated practice.

· The importance of ‘Self as Instrument’– presence, intuition, discernment, sense-making, co-regulation and impact.

· How to use and apply the Team Connect 360 diagnostic tool in client work – you will be licensed to use the tool and gain experience in interpreting a TC360 report.

Target Audience

This program is suitable for people with experience in facilitation, coaching, and developing teams and team leaders, as well as those who work in organisational development. It is also a strong fit for experienced 1:1 coaches who haven’t yet worked with teams and want a clear, practical pathway to become confident systemic team coaches.

Additional Training- Building Your Practice and Supervision Groups

After the 3-day Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate, you can progress to Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner) by completing virtual group supervision (additional cost).

Supervision is delivered online in groups of up to 7, meeting every 4–6 weeks.

Certificate Awarded (Practitioner)

On successful completion of all group supervision sessions, you will be awarded the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner)—supporting applied practice and deeper learning.

If you complete only the 3-day training, you will receive an attendance certificate (and CCEUs, where applicable), but you will not be accredited as an STC Coach. For this reason, we recommend completing both the 3-day training and the supervision group.

Price Information for Virtual Group Supervision and Action Learning

Supervision Groups are additional to the program fee. The cost for supervision is CAD$1,400 plus GST. To register for this please purchase a separate ticket-Building Your Practice & Supervision Ticket for $1400.
