27–29 November 2026
Soma Luna, The Be Collective, Haywards Heath, Sussex
Join me for three days exploring movement, stillness, supported rest and Yoga Nidra at our beautiful Sussex yoga centre.
Come for your own practice and personal development, or take the full 40-hour specialist teacher training.
THE THREE-DAY IMMERSION — £195
Over the weekend, we’ll explore Somatics, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, experiencing each practice and discovering how they work together.
There will be movement, guided relaxation, discussion and time to explore the body, breath and nervous system.
Friday 27 November: 3–8pm
Saturday 28 November: 10am–6pm
Sunday 29 November: 10am–6pm
Each day includes one hour of breaks, giving 18 hours of teaching and practice.
The whole weekend costs £195. Reserve your place with a £50 deposit, leaving £145 to pay.
Nourishing food is included, and bolsters, blankets and blocks are provided. You don’t need to be a yoga teacher to attend.
The immersion covers the November weekend. The Kajabi course, follow-up teaching sessions and 40-hour CPD certificate are part of the full training below.
THE FULL 40-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING
For qualified yoga teachers wanting to develop their knowledge and practical teaching skills in Somatics, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
The training includes:
• 18 hours at the November immersion
• 8 hours of Kajabi recorded learning
• Six one-hour SYRN classes
• 8 hours of supported sequence development, teaching practice and reflection
Total: 40 hours.
Wednesday training sessions run from 11:30am–1:50pm, with the SYRN practice from 12–1pm and teaching workshops before and afterwards. Join online or at Soma Luna.
Attend six Wednesday sessions between November and the end of January. Exact dates will be published separately. Recordings are available if you miss a session; joining live gives you the opportunity to ask questions, practise teaching and receive feedback.
We’ll explore the disciplines step by step, working through how to plan complete classes, adapt practices for different students, develop your language and guide with confidence.
Sequence development, teaching practice and reflection are included within the eight workshop hours.
Qualified yoga teachers who successfully complete the course receive a 40-hour specialist CPD certificate.
TRAINING FEES
£695 early booking | £795 standard
Reserve your training place with a £195 deposit, leaving £500 at the early rate or £600 at the standard rate.
If you attend the immersion and later choose to join the teacher training, payments towards your £195 immersion fee will count towards the applicable training fee.
Discounted training places are available for NHS staff, nurses, care workers, Blue Light Card holders and state school teachers. Please contact me before booking to discuss the available rate.
FURTHER STUDY
The 40-hour training stands alone as a specialist CPD programme.
For teachers wishing to continue, the optional additional 40-hour SYRN Practitioner programme begins in February 2027, with advanced study, mentoring, supervised teaching and assessment.
February attendance is not required for the November immersion or the first 40 hours.
There are 12 places altogether across the immersion and teacher-training options.
I’ve developed SYRN through years of teaching, yoga therapy training and working with people through movement, breath, stillness and rest. I’m looking forward to sharing it with you.
