Overview: COMMIT Dance Fitness is more than just a workout, it's a whole party! This dance fitness format combines bursts of high-intensity movement with dance routines set to a wide variety of music genres, from Pop and Hip-Hop to Latin, Country, Soca, Reggae, and more. No dance experience is required keep moving and having fun! Whether you're looking to add something new to your fitness routine, relieve stress, or enjoy an hour of cardio, you'll leave feeling stronger, energized, and empowered.
Know your instructor: Sydney is passionate about creating a space where people can have fun while moving their bodies and building confidence. She has been teaching COMMIT Dance Fitness, HITT style dance fitness format, for the past 6 years.
