A decompression for all our burner friends: from The Third Degree or Pivot Burn, or from further afield like Burning Man, Underland or Aurora, if you've been missing the paddock or Playa, this night is for you.One fun night to light up the art, dance and spread the frivolity, and to find the people you keep meaning to see again
What is Decompression? Decompression is a global tradition, a reunion for Burners from all burns, camps and participants. It's a chance to share stories, art, and radical self-expression and connect with your local burner community.
Participation is key, this is not a spectator sport. The magic of this event is made by YOU.
We welcome theme camps to bring their corners of the world into the city. DJs are lining up with the gift of music. Bring something to gift, and the version of yourself that only comes out after dark.
We're calling for wild and wacky entertainment. If you've got an act, a ritual, a game, a costume parade, a ten-minute cabaret or something no one has a name for yet, we want it on the night. Half-formed ideas welcome. Tell us what you've got and we'll find it a corner.
This is a BYO event, with gifting allowed and family-friendly until 7pm when the event will be for 18+ only.
