Player Cap: 28 (July 9th) / 32 (July 12th)
*Note: Players are required to participate in the Entire Event...Any players dropping from the event prior to start, or during the event will not receive the Participation Booster Pack nor be able to participate in the following Pokémon TCG set Prerelease*
Day of Registration:
- Thursday, July 9th: 6:00pm (opens) - 6:45pm (closes)
- Sunday, July 12th: 12:00pm (opens) - 12:45pm (closes)

Entry Fee: $30.00 (Before day of Event)/$35.00 (Day OF Event)

- Pitch Black Build & Battle Box: each box includes a 40-card ready-to-play deck that includes 1 of 4 alternate-art promo cards, 4 sealed Pitch Black Booster Packs and 1 deck-building tip sheet
- 2 Additional Pitch Black Booster Packs provided by Sydekick Toys (1 to be used while building your deck, 1 as participation provided during Swiss Round 3 of event)
- FREE Entry to win a sealed PItch Black Booster Box provided by Sydekick Toys
Event Details:
- Thursday's event limited to 28 entries / Sunday's event limited to 32 entries...so get your friends together and reserve your spot soon!
- 6:45pm (Thurs) / 12:45pm (Sun): Player Meeting will take place covering tournament rules, information, etc. Build & Battle Decks to be distributed after the Player Meeting
- 7:00pm (Thurs) / 1:00pm (Sun) Deck Building will begin with an allotted time of 25 minutes to build and sleeve decks
- 7:25pm (Thurs) / 1:25pm (Sun) Swiss Round 1 pairings announced
- 7:30pm (Thurs) / 1:30pm (Sun) Swiss Round 1 begins...All rounds are first to 1 wins, 4 prize cards during play (rather than 6), 30-minute allotted time per round.
- Ensuing Swiss Rounds to follow the same format
- If all matches in a particular Swiss Round end prior to the 30-minute allotted time and all players are present and ready to begin the next round, that round will commence early
- Event is limited to Three (3) Swiss Rounds
