About this Event
We're more connected than ever. But are we feeling more connected?
Our calendars are full. Our phones are always within reach. And our minds rarely get a moment to switch off.
We spend so much time responding to the world around us that it's easy to lose touch with what's happening within us.
We stop noticing what our bodies are telling us. We get caught up in our thoughts. And despite being digitally connected, we don't always make time for meaningful human connection.
This Mental Health Month, give yourself an evening to reconnect.
Join us for an intimate, in-person wellbeing experience combining gentle breathwork, practical nervous-system education, guided deep relaxation and meaningful human connection.
An opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, quiet the mental noise and reconnect with your body, yourself and others.
No previous experience needed.
What to expect
Over two hours, we'll explore three dimensions of connection.
1. Mind-body connection
We spend so much time in our heads that we often overlook what's happening in our bodies.
Discover how your nervous system influences how you think, feel and respond to everyday life.
Through simple body-awareness exercises, gentle movement and guided breathing, you'll explore the mind–body connection and experience practical ways to influence your internal state.
2. Connection with yourself
When was the last time you truly slowed down?
Experience gentle, evidence-informed breathwork and guided deep relaxation to help you unwind, become more present, and reconnect with yourself.
You'll also learn simple practices you can take into everyday life.
3. Connection with others
There's something special about sharing an experience with people in person.
After the guided workshop, stay for tea, relaxed conversations, and an opportunity to connect with others who value their wellbeing.
No forced networking. No pressure to share anything personal.
Just genuine human connection.
Who is this for?
This evening is for you if:
- Your mind rarely switches off, even after work.
- You feel mentally busy, overwhelmed, or constantly on the go.
- You want to feel more present and connected to yourself.
- You're curious about breathwork, meditation, or nervous-system regulation.
- You'd love to enjoy a meaningful wellbeing experience with others.
Whether you're new to these practices or already have some experience, you're welcome.
Come alone or bring a friend.
What you'll take away
By the end of the evening, you'll have:
- A better understanding of the mind–body connection and how your nervous system influences your experience of life.
- Practical breathing and self-regulation techniques you can use in everyday life.
- An opportunity to experience deep relaxation and mental stillness.
- A shared experience and the chance to connect with others in person.
Most importantly, we hope you'll leave feeling a little calmer, more present and more connected than when you arrived.
