About this Event
Partnering with the IOT, this event is a great opportunity to meet up with fellow business owners, managers and leaders from across the South West.
Why should I come along?
As well as a fantastic, locally sourced bacon bap (vegetarian and vegan options available with prior notice), unlimited tea and coffee during the morning and facilitated networking, there will be a short expert talk plus a 'Knowledge Point' session giving you information about new sources of assistance to help your business develop.
If you've got an issue, a niggle or a business-health question, our team and your peers attending will be pleased to help you. There'll be plenty of time for general networking and chat too, so come along and join in the fun.

The Voice That Says You Don’t Belong
Most of us have heard the voice: “You’re not qualified. Someone’s going to find out.” For years, I believed it. Despite my success, I spent years convinced I was one mistake away from being exposed as a fraud.
My name is Simon Cuthbert. I am a serial entrepreneur and over the past 35 years have seen success and failure in many forms.
In this talk, I share what imposter syndrome actually felt like for me, the habits it pushed me into, and the practical shifts that finally loosened its grip. I hope, that through my lived experience you will leave with a new way of understanding that voice and a few simple tools to start answering it back.
Here's what previous attendees have said about our networking breakfasts:
"Fantastic event. Great advice and loads of lovely people. I am looking forward to attending more events in the future."
"Today was great, really nice to meet people who have gone through and are going through the same experiences as me. Some great advice from experts and peers. Made a number of contacts - few are in my field but may know people who are, and their own services will be useful in the future".
