Join the SWFL Spartans for a Pre-Game Tailgate in East Lansing
If you're heading to East Lansing for our Big Ten conference gridiron matchup against the Nebraska Cornhuskers, meet up with your SWFL alumni network on campus. We’re hosting an official SWFL Spartans Tailgate bringing a little Florida sunshine straight to Big Ten country!
Tailgate Details
- Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
- Location: East side of Breslin Center Parking Lot (Look for the SWFL Spartans banners!)
- Time: Kickoff time is TBD, but the tailgate will start 3 hours prior to game time.
- Who’s Invited: All SWFL alumni, family, friends, and fans making the trip.
- Cost: $20/person - all event proceeds go toward sustaining our club programming - cash will be collected at event
What to Expect
Whether you visit EL often or are making your first trip north in years, this is the perfect spot to reconnect before heading into Spartan Stadium. We’ll have snacks, cold non-alcoholic beverages/BYOB and plenty of Spartan camaraderie.
