Since this is a taper week before the Swamdo, we’ll be doing the Swamis World Famous route, but with a couple of modifications to make sure you stay in form. Instead of turning right onto Elfin Forest, we’ll continue up San Elijo until we get to the top (Ledge), and then we’ll turn back and do Elfin Forest. Also we’ll stay on Harmony Grove until it turns onto Citricado. The rest stop will be the park at the start of Harmony Grove.Route: 41.5 mi/3,102'
