Sweet Reads Book Club is a dynamic partnership between and , created for ambitious women who crave knowledge, connection, and a little indulgence. It’s where business strategies meet sweet treats in a fun, empowering, and social atmosphere.
Led by Hustle + Charm founder Charmaine Jennings and Milksmith founder Siuleen Leibl, Sweet Reads Book Club is designed to inspire growth, spark innovative thinking, and fuel meaningful conversations about entrepreneurship.
During this meeting we'll be doing a debrief and deep-dive into our latest Sweet Read, Radical Candor, by Kim Scott! If you haven't read or listened to the book in full or weren't able to start at all, you're still welcome to join the discussion, but know there will be spoilers shared throughout the evening.
About the Book

Throughout our conversation, we’ll take some time to reflect on how we communicate, give and receive feedback, and navigate difficult conversations in our own lives and work. Through guided journal prompts, we’ll explore where we naturally lean toward caring personally or challenging directly, and where we might have room to grow. You’ll leave with a few personal insights and practical takeaways you can put into practice beyond the book club.
