About this Event
Declutter now and live more. Join expert Kristin Kluis and your End in Mind friends on Saturday, December 5, 2026 (1:00 - 2:30 pm) at Bethel Lutheran Church in South Minneapolis for this workshop focusing on joy, legacy and letting go.
Margareta Magnusson brought Swedish Death Cleaning to a wider audience with her 2017 book. Sharing the Swedish approach to death clearning helped begin to normalize the conversation around death as a natural part of life. Despite the name, Swedish Death Clearning is really about how you live, not death. Magnusson's focus was on thoughtfully editing your belongings while you're alive, so you can enjoy what you own and make things easier for the people you love when you die.
Your $25 ticket includes a drawing for End in Mind swag and light snacks. All proceeds benefit the End in Mind Project and our ongoing programming. EIMP is a not-for-profit organization that uses storytelling, events, and practical tools to help people navigate conversations about death and dying with greater ease and less fear.
