Looking for a fun, energetic way to kick off your Halloween morning? Bring the whole family out to D1 Training for our Sweat or Treat FREE Halloween Class!
Whether you're looking to burn off some pre-trick-or-treat energy or just want a festive workout with the community, this high-energy class is designed for adults and kids (ages 7 and up) of all fitness levels.

- 🏋️ Healthy Workout & Treats: Get a full-body, coach-led workout designed for all ages, followed by delicious, healthy Halloween treats!
- 🧛 Costume Contest: Costumes are highly encouraged! Dress up for a chance to win a prize for the Best Costume. (Please ensure costumes allow for safe movement and athletic shoes).
- 👥 Meet the Coaches: Connect with our expert strength and conditioning coaches and tour our athletic facility.
