About this Event
This 3-hour session takes participants through a practical journey — from understanding how AI is changing the industry, to identifying real business opportunities and experiencing how AI tools can be applied in day-to-day operations.
The programme will cover industry insights, an AI Discovery Clinic in collaboration with the Singapore AI Association (SAIA), practical AI demonstrations and applications, as well as networking with fellow industry professionals.
A key highlight will be practical AI demonstrations featuring AIGC (AI-Generated Content) video creation and AI Customer Service, giving participants a first-hand look at how emerging AI tools can be used to create content, develop simple digital solutions and support business productivity — even without extensive technical knowledge.
Participants can also gain practical insights into how AI can support marketing, customer enquiries, administration, documentation, research and workflow productivity, while identifying opportunities to improve business processes and workforce capabilities.
