Info: Suzie prefers a more personal, hands-on teaching style where students can ask questions, receive individualized feedback, and work closely with her throughout the day. Day One focuses entirely on mastering acrylic application and understanding the structure behind beautiful, long-lasting nails. Students will learn proper bead control, liquid-to-powder ratio, brush handling, form application, shaping techniques, apex placement, seamless cuticle application, break repairs, filing refinement, and finishing techniques for a polished professional result. Suzie will also demonstrate her signature filing and refining techniques developed over 40 years in the industry to help fine-tune precision, consistency, and overall nail finish.

Info: Day Two focuses on mastering the versatility and control of gel application in a more personal, guided learning environment. Students will learn how to maximize their skills with builder gel, EZ GEL ( hybrid gel ) hard gel, soft gel, and gel polish applications. Suzie will cover proper gel application, shaping, structure, apex placement, curing techniques, and how to work confidently with different gel systems for strength, durability, and a flawless finish. Students will also learn thin smooth layering, proper curing practices, and finishing techniques that help prevent lifting, peeling, and uneven results. Throughout the day, students will receive individualized guidance and refining techniques designed to improve precision, consistency, and confidence behind the desk.

Info: Day Three is dedicated to exploring creativity while learning practical nail art techniques designed for real salon success. Students will learn how to create eye-catching designs with efficiency, balance creativity with speed, and tailor nail art to suit each client’s style, lifestyle, and appointment time. Suzie will demonstrate techniques that help elevate services while remaining profitable behind the desk, with a focus on seasonal designs inspired by upcoming holidays including Halloween, Christmas, and New Year’s. From elegant details to statement looks, students will gain insight into creating nail art that photographs beautifully, attracts clients, and keeps them returning.

The final portion of the day will conclude with certificate presentations, photos, and a warm celebration of the skills, growth, and accomplishments achieved throughout the workshop weekend.
